AccuRental Tenant Screening provides an online tenant screening platform where the landlord or property manager does not have to undergo and extensive approval process or site inspection in order to perform a credit check on potential tenants. Our service is tenant-initiated, which means that the landlord creates an account on AccuRental, enters the tenant's name and email address, and we send an email to the prospective tenant. Once the tenant consents to the credit request, the landlord can instantly view AccuRental's Tenant ScoreCard, which includes the tenant's FICO credit score, income-to-debt ratio, amount of debt sent to collections, income-to-rent ratio, bankruptcy history, evictions history, and criminal records. This entire ScoreCard package costs only $15. There are no membership fees, set up fees, or monthly minimums. Just one flat fee per search.
