Accusonus was founded in 2012 by Alexandros Tsilfidis and Elias Kokkinis. The company's vision was to commercialize the founders’ breakthrough research in audio technologies to make an impact in the global digital audio and speech technology market. In 2013, accusonus formed into an S.A. organization and accepted an angel round of investment from Michael Tzannes, who also joined the Board of Directors. The company's main office is located in Patras, Greece. The company's premises also include a fully equipped professional recording studio in the center of Patras, ideal for acoustic experiments and testing.
