Agent Boomerang is a real estate and realtor search tool that delivers a check to consumer whenever they close on a home purchase. Home buyers that use the Agent Boomerang network are pre-qualified for a loan, and then they're able to search realtor profiles and home listings. When they find one they like, they contact the realtor and they will help them find a home (not a discount, find-it-yourself brokerage). When you close, Agent Boomerang will send you a check in proportion to the purchase price. Agent Boomerang is launching in the state of Florida in Summer 2011.
