The Company is currently developing a proprietary system called the SKYBOXE, which is designed to seamlessly integrate into one set-top box, the following sources of TV and entertainment content: Local Live TV –Over the Air Channels Anroid Apps (Play Store) IPTV - (Internet Protocol Television) Thousands of streaming channels from around the globe OTT - (Over the Top IP Services) Online content aggregators and distributors like Netflix, Hulu, Interactivity – Social Networking and sharing during the viewing experience Video Gaming – download, demo, rent and subscribe to online video games (Play Store) After Dark – Adult entertainment Music Web browsing and full computing capabilities DLNA XBMC Broadband Connectivity as an option The patent-pending product consists of a roof-top antennae (included) for local programming, a set-top box and a wireless controller. The set-top box receives signals from both the roof-top antennae and a hi-speed internet source, integrates the content, and provides the viewer with extreme ease of use and functionality through its proprietary graphical user interface. SKYBOXE has 5 variations of the service: ATSC, DVB, the SKYBOXE APP, MDU and LTE (broadband included). SKYBOXE ATSC works in the USA, Canada, Mexico, USVI, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, South Korea, Argentina and Honduras. SKYBOXE DVB works in Europe, Asia, Oceania and Africa SKYBOXE LTE works in the USA and bundles TV Strength Internet for the home/business, partnering with LTE cell carriers. SKYBOXE MDU (multi-dwelling unit) - OTA multi-channel streaming server for approximately 100 concurrent users (includes hardware) - A personal OTA streaming server with a smaller form factor for home or apartment use by an individual (includes hardware)
