Apsiyon is an internet start-up developed as SaaS intended to ease apartment and residence management while also serving as a closed social network for residents. The website is actively used for 3600 paid residences by February 2012. Apsiyon delivers features such as income and expense tracking, records, subscription payments, personnel tracking, the commercial agreements with third parties, decisions of the meetings, banks, the integration of the obligations with e-government and e-municipal systems, creating a dynamic website for apartments and residences.
