Arrest SOS was designed by a lawyer who works every day to get people out of jail. He observed that many of the 13 million plus who get arrested every year are decent people who make a mistake that puts them on the wrong side of the law. He also noted inefficiencies in the system that sometimes left such clients sitting in jail for days. There had to be a better way, and that way is Arrest SOS. With the assist of technology, Arrest SOS uses a smartphone app, a database, and a network of legal resources to bring new efficiency to the problem. This system can help people start getting out of jail before the cuffs go on. This enterprising lawyer decided to share this “better way” with lawyers across the nation in hopes that one day this app might be able to take away some of the burdens overloading law enforcement officials.
