ATX Seed Ventures is an early-stage venture capital fund created by expert entrepreneurs serving emerging entrepreneurs. ATX Seed Ventures gives founders what they need most: access to capital, contacts and experience at the seed stage, in the context of hands-on support that sets the stage for success. The firm's investment focus is cloud-based Software- as-a-Service (SaaS), IoT, e-commerce and mobile applications. ATX seeks to be the first institutional capital in our portfolio companies. Generally, the firm invests at the seed and seed- plus ($250,000 to $750,000) and Series A ($1 million to $3 million) stages. ATX invests in industries in which the Texas-region has a globally-significant position and that they know well and have prior investment success such as real estate, energy, agriculture, manufacturing, and financial services, amongst others. ATX prefers to work with serial, venture-backed entrepreneurs and executives for their domain expertise and experience with helping new businesses achieve commercial scale.
