Automated-Stores develops and produces a range of advanced vending machines.

Automated-Stores is a company founded in 2010 by Al Matorin which develops and produces automated stores, or advanced vending machines. These 'A-Stores', self-service retail outlets, have a robot take the product from a shelf and to the output window after a customer has selected what to buy from a touch-screen moniter. The advanced mechanism of this system, as well as its ability to do automatic accounting, moniter every purchase and recieve credit/debit card payments simulates an 'automated store'. The touch-screen pannel provides long and short descriptions as well as images, and the TV in the center of the store plays advertisements for the brand that rents or owns the automated store. Automated-Stores is a Finnish company with its main production site in Riga, Latvia. A team of engineers, computer programmers and designers brought the idea to life and manufacture all of the store's elements themselves. Automated-Stores provides inventory management and project management, and as well software development for the touch-screen interface. Product types currently offered in 'A-Stores' include consumer electronics.
