The Bank is headquartered in the City of Bayonne, which is located in northeastern New Jersey. The Bank currently conducts business from its main office and three branch offices, all of which are located in Bayonne. The Bank's deposit gathering base is concentrated in Bayonne, although the Bank also receives deposits from residents of contiguous communities in Hudson County. A significant portion of the Bank's mortgage loans are collateralized by properties located in Bayonne, although the Bank also originates loans collateralized by real estate located in other parts of Hudson County, and, to a much lesser extent, other parts of New Jersey.
