BCC Corporate offers custom-made payment modalities to companies. It was set up as a separate company on 1 November 2006. Before then it had been a division of Bank Card Company (BCC). On March 26th 2009, Alpha Card has taken over BCC Corporate. Alpha Card issues American Express cards in Belgium and Luxemburg and is owner of an acceptance network of their credit cards in local business. After the takeover, BCC Corporate will continue functioning as a separate entity, Alpha Card will be the mother company of BCC Corporate. This take-over unifies two well-established companies and their product lines, offering new and interesting future perspectives to corporations.
