W 108 Development LLC is a private property developer in New York that is currently managing the restoration of a historic residential building in the Riverside-West End district of Manhattan. Originally constructed in 1898 by architects Janes & Leo, the property consists of two five-story townhouses on West 108th Street between Broadway and Riverside Drive.
