WriteBug is like an exercise App, but for writers. It tracks the number of words you write, everywhere, and sends you helpful reminders to write. WriteBug reads what you’re writing, all over the web. From social media to email to the novel you’ve always wanted to write, the app helps you learn about your vocabulary and the topics you’re writing about, creating a database about you, for you. You can’t improve your running speed without tracking your time, and similarly, can’t improve your writing without a means to gauge your progress. WriteBug encourages more people to write more, and write better, prompting them to a more active interaction with media and their world.
