Company Description
YadaHome is a social network for parents to organize, plan and coordinate daily activities with their families.
YadaHome is a social network for parents, that offers a unique and trademarked user-interface designed to resemble the home refrigerator in form and as a central household communication platform. Each member's 'Fridge' comes with: a calendar, a grocery list, a 'to do' list, contacts, a cookbook, a blog, a message board and a place for photos. The photos are held under refrigerator magnets and are pulled randomly from each member's photo album. Most elements of the 'Fridge' can be shared with others. Here are a few examples: a husband and wife, can organize, share a grocery list and share pictures of the kids; a grandparent can read about/ see their grandchildren's progress in a member's blog; a mother and daughter can share recipes in their family cookbook, etc. The site has a host of other features that are designed to help parents stay informed and unwind: local events, parenting news and advice columns, local news, games & puzzles, comics, recipes, movie reviews, forums and user groups.
