DFI CA64-SC

Based upon the Via Apollo Pro133A chipset, the CA64-SC is a value oriented board that does not sacrifice much in terms of expandability. Instead of opting for a small board with only a few expansion slots, DFI chose to go with a full five PCI, one ISA, one AMR, and one AGP slot layout. The board also features onboard audio courtesy of an included AC'97 CODEC with Yamaha AP software. While sufficient for basic tasks such as playing CDs, MP3s, and various internet sounds, gamers, and audiophiles will want to add a PCI sound card for 3D audio, lower CPU utilization, and greater output options.
