Hardware Description

The Nokia 7110e is a well-designed lightweight phone with a screen taking five or six lines of text and a keyboard cover which slides open at the click of a button. A control button in the middle acts as a type of mouse so the user can scroll through menus. The new phone will also have facilities for messaging (including Orange's Wildfire voice recognition technology) and for infra-red transmission. It uses WAP 1.1 to access Orange's suite of online services.
