Mr. Doug Chance

A graduate of Princeton University, he received his BSE in 1964 and his MBA from Stanford University in 1966. In addition to being a self-employed Consultant, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Octel Communications Corporation, a developer of voicemail systems, from November 1990 to November 1993. He held various engineering, marketing, and general management positions at Hewlett Packard, sharing responsibility for the overall corporate management as Executive Vice President of its Network Systems Sector from November 1993 to October 1994. He has been Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of WYSE Technology Inc., since 1994. He has served on many corporate and non-profit boards of directors in Silicon Valley including Community Foundation Silicon Valley, PayEase, Inc., Optical Coating Laboratory Inc. He served as a Director of Centigram Communications Corp. since 1997 and Network General Corporation since 1995.
