Inducted into the WITI Hall of Fame in 2018, Rao built her career leading advanced engineering work in user experience design and technology. As Global Head of Advanced Engineering, Center of Competence for User Experience at Harman International, she directed initiatives that advanced the field of user experience engineering on a global scale.
