Sally Floyd
Bio/Description
Best known for her work on Internet congestion control, Floyd was an American computer scientist who spent much of her career at the International Computer Science Institute in Berkeley, California. By 2007, she ranked among the top-ten most cited researchers in computer science. She retired in 2009.
