Sophie Vandebroek

Chief Technology Officer and corporate vice president of Xerox Corporation from 2006 to 2016, Vandebroek also served as President of the Xerox Innovation Group during that period. She was a Belgian-born electrical engineer and business executive whose career spanned major roles in technology leadership and research.

Following her decade at Xerox, she became Chief Operating Officer of IBM Research. She then served as the inaugural Visiting Scholar for the MIT School of Engineering during the 2019-2020 academic year. In 2021, she founded Strategic Vision Ventures LLC to provide strategic advisory services.
