Aegate acts solely as a data processor, capturing only the product codes as described in the Delegated Regulation. Aegate will not share, sell or otherwise license any scan data generated from their authentication service with third parties, without the prior written agreement of the legitimate data owner, as per Article 38 of the Delegated Regulation. Aegate also confirms that it is not receiving any patient or prescription data.
