The RTP business unit designs, develops, markets, and supports turnkey radiation therapy planning systems that assist hospital radiation oncology departments and cancer treatment centers in planning patient treatments. The HCIS business unit is engaged in the design, development, marketing, sales, and support of integrated solutions consisting of computer equipment and software applications that offer healthcare providers the necessary tools to process and archive patient and clinical information. ADAC Laboratories was founded in 1970 and is based in Milpitas, California. Later on, it was acquired by Royal Philips Electronics in 2000.
