It handles customers’ needs by customizing ready-made products or developing new solutions according to the pre-approved budget and time limits. Advancity’s modular design allows a high level of customization options and virtually unlimited development opportunities for businesses. Its company module includes searching, category management, phone logs, address books, and adding companies and persons. Its project module includes phrase management, project search, and event and category management. Its financial module includes single and multiple displays, currency conversion, adding and removing financial tables, adding and removing rations, and queries. Its standard tools module includes incoming calls, user management, bookmarks, jobs, customized calendar, and more, while its messaging module includes in-site messaging, suggestions, and memorandum.
