Akselos is a Switzerland-based developer of a new type of engineering simulation technology.

Akselos is commercializing novel mechanical engineering simulation technology providing simulation software for engineering design and virtual prototyping of complex products.The company was founded after 12 years of research at MIT. We license proprietary technology issued from research conducted in Prof. A.T. Patera's group(*) at MIT and supported primarily by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research/Office of Secretary of Defense and the Office of Naval Research.
