ARE Telecom Incorporated is a steel tower and foundation producer for the small wind energy and telecommuncations markets. A Minnesota-based C-corp, it was founded in 2013 by the founder and employees of its predecessor company, American Resource & Energy, LLC (ARE). ARE spanned from 2008 through 2013, and focused primarily on serving the small wind power market. ARE Telecom will now serve both the global telecom and small wind power markets with unique self-raising poles and concrete-free foundations as permanent and temporary solutions for growing industry needs. ARE Telecom is a specialist in the design, engineering, manufacturing, and delivery of specialized monopole towers for small wind turbines, telecom towers and for other uses where industry standard monopole and tower systems are problematic due to unique geographical and logistical limitations. Making ARE's products so unique are its patent-protected foundations and pole raising systems. ARE has designed, engineered, manufactured and provided its systems to residential, commercial, and government customers around the globe. The Company designs and engineers products in-house and manufactures them via Valmont, a US-owned ISO 9001 plant with US utility-grade steel. Its products have been used as short-term solutions for sporting events such as the Super Bowl 2013, and permanent solutions throughout the world. There is a growing and largely unsatisfied need for towers with portable above-ground foundations and raising systems in the telecom market. ARE Telecom has been created specifically to target the telecom industry with sales and leases of tower and foundation systems as permanent and temporary solutions. The Company is the only firm in the industry that offers a complete suite of products including foundation systems, raising systems, and poles. Although ARE Telecom is new to the telecom market, it is an internationally recognized brand name in the small wind power market.
