Arundel Elevator Co is a full service elevator company.
Arundel Inspection Services was started by Timothy A. Marshall in July of 2009. Tim Marshall has 23 years of experience in the elevator industry and saw an opportunity to provide a service unmatched by competitors. AIS started with only two employees, but we have grown to include six employees including inspectors and office staff. Our inspectors have over 110 years of combined experience. They know the elevator industry from every aspect. They each have extensive knowledge of the elevator industry and long relationships with company’s performing maintenance service and the state inspection authority. Each of our inspectors are Qualified Elevator Inspectors that are certified by the state of Maryland DLLR. Timothy Marshall – Tim has been in the elevator industry for 23 years. Tim was a co-owner of Arundel Elevator Company until 2008, when the company was purchased by Kone. Tim was the branch manager for Kone until 2009 when he decided to open Arundel Inspection Services. Since opening Tim has been assisting customers with their elevator consulting needs. He also performs elevator inspections and Pre-Final inspections. Tim strives to make elevator safety his top goal. He understands elevators and that an individual should always feel safe when riding on one. He has been a QEI since 2001 Wayne Island – Wayne joined the AIS team in 2012. Wayne has been in the elevator industry since 1982. He was a state elevator inspector from 1985 to 20012, QEI since 2012. Mike Moore – Mike joined the AIS team in 2015 after retiring from Schindler. He was in the IUEC for 31 years, and has been a QEI since 2010. Earl Baker – Earl joined the AIS team in 2015 after retiring from Schindler. He was in the IUEC for 36 years, and has been a QEI since 2015
