Association for Advancing Automation

A3 is the umbrella association for Robotic Industries Association (RIA), AIA – Advancing Vision + Imaging.

The Association for Advancing Automation consists of 15 staff members all dedicated to serving the members of RIA, AIA and MCA. Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, we sponsor trade shows and conferences, manage association websites, collect industry statistics and generate market research, develop consensus standards and engage in a wide variety of other educational activities. We interact on a regular basis with people from our more than 750 member organizations around the world, and are always coming up with new ways to serve them better.
