Established in 2005, the company entered the cloud computing market in 2009 to service clients in fields such as government, finance, entertainment, portal, and more. The company’s service portfolio includes services such as professional cloud computing, data center, IT value-added services and more, and it also released the “Cloud host computer” of the first generation. In July 2013, IBM declared that it will sign a strategic cooperation agreement on Public Cloud with Capital Online.
