Bisu helps people track and optimize their health through smart devices which analyze urine.

Bisu lets you track and optimize your dietary and metabolic health, just by using the toilet. Our product is a smart toilet seat which analyses biomarkers in your urine using microfluidic technology. These biomarkers indicate whether you are burning body fat, eating enough fruit, vegetables and potassium, eating too much salt and drinking enough water. You also can test other biomarkers by installing a different reagent cartridge. Cartridges are generally replaced monthly and are sent to you automatically as part of your subscription. Our target customers are (1) health and fitness enthusiasts, (2) people at risk of diabetes, and (3) people receiving home elderly care. For (1) and (2), our product gives them daily feedback on their diet quality and fat loss progress, so they can make changes to achieve optimal health and performance and reduce their chronic disease risk. For (3), our product helps increase their healthy life expectancy and independence through remote health monitoring.
