Users can block calls, texts, and notifications for a choses time period; block applications that have them procrastinating; and receive intuitive analytics of phone and app usage. OFFTIME was launched by Alexander Steinhart, Marc Scherfenberg, and Michael Dettbarn, and is based in Berlin, Germany.
