Trustivity helps e-commerce companies improve their services through the collection, analysis, and sharing of customer reviews. It accepts opinions of only those customers who have purchased products and service contracts from the reviewed stores. It is linked to Google Seller Ratings and its reviews could be viewed using any smart device. When a customer gives a score of 3 stars or less to an e-commerce company, Trustivity informs the company that the client is not satisfied with their service. If the problem is resolved the customer will be asked to withdraw the comment and if it is not, the comment will be published within 10 days. When customers share the positive reviews they wrote about e-commerce websites via social networks, Trustivity encourages those companies to reward them with discount codes. Trustivity was launched in 2013 and is operated from Barcelona, Spain.
