Tudlo offers a web and mobile app for disaster awareness and management. The app is designed for smartphones, tablets, and PCs. It is available in the App Store, Google Play, and Windows store. The platform is an end-to-end solution where content publishers provide relevant guides on traffic, road conditions, emergencies and disaster; government agencies submit news feeds; and citizens report events. It can be used to locate on key establishments such as clinics, hospitals, police stations, and evacuation sites. The Tudlo app is a Smart DevNet: disaster and emergency response app winner 2012, Ideaspace finalist 2013, IBM ASEAN SmartCamp 2013, ITU world telecom winner 2013, and Ericsson mobile finalist 2014. Tudlo was founded in 2012 and is based in Cebu City, Philippines.
