TWICKETER, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, (the “Company) owns the registered trademark TWICKETER and has created a software distribution platform that advances a “triple play” product strategy in the mobile ticketing, coupon processing and gift card experience by making it easier for any promoter or venue to launch their own “White Label” also known as “Private Label” Mobile Event Platform (MEP). TWICKETER allows any national or international entertainment promoter or venue manager to distribute interactive ticket services from our MEP in support of their commercial offers and events as well as re-loadable mobile coupons and gift cards with their own look and feel through as their own private brand. TWICKETER will operate from a universal platform programmable to look and feel like our client’s colors, logo and feel. TWICKETER is focusing its MEP marketing efforts towards the most condensed, highly profitable and greatest growth potential portion of the market, the “Triple Play.” TWICKETER has carved out a unique triple service offering space utilizing mobile tickets, mobile coupons and mobile gift cards centered around any one single (or multiple) brand delivered on one single platform (MEP.) The platform used to distribute user services can deliver worldwide and to any mobile, tablet or terminal based computer connected to the internet, instant messaging or email service provider. TWICKETER has developed web branding, easy to use, customer designed distribution platforms for events with very little to no involvement in setting up or launching national mass media brand campaigns. Potential clients sign up for an event at no cost. TWICKETER platform then steps the client through private design screens creating a new event launch controlled by our client. TWICKETER is paid a transaction fee of $1.99 to $9.99 while undercutting competitor processing fees by as much as 50% depending on the event and product combination being designed.
