United Cloud is developing Shared Shopping which is a ecommerce extension that allows visitors to a stores site the ability to invite friends and create groups, share screens and chat while shopping online. United Cloud's goal is to make shopping online more like the in-store experience with interaction between your friends of the shopping party and even between store associates and group when wanted. There is also the ability to split the bill at the end of the shopping experience just like you might do at a brick and mortar store.
