University of Tsukuba

University of Tsukuba, one of the oldest national universities in Japan, is located in the city of Tsukuba.

University of Tsukuba contributes to the progress of science and culture. It aims to establish free exchange and close relationships in both basic and applied sciences with educational and research organizations and academic communities in Japan and overseas. University of Tsukuba functions as a university open to all within and outside of Japan. It develops organizations better suiting the functions and administration with a new concept of education and research. University of Tsukuba was founded in 1973 and is based in Ibaraki, Japan.
