It offers admission tools that enable alumni to promote and manage courses; and placement tools to promote and share job opportunities for alumni. Furthermore, it facilitates a directory that enables its customers to find alumni contact information and news about their events. It also enables its customers to provide their alumni with research papers and publications, and discounts on events, workshops, gym, sports facilities, library, and venue services. The company also enables its customers to facilitate online stores to promote and sell college merchandise, and products and services offered by alumni; and fundraising. Valumni was founded by Ashwin Pal, Sanjay Kumar, Karunaniddhan Midha, and Tarun Balotia in October 2013.
