Vermec is a family-owned investor which invests in ambitious mid-size enterprises and projects.

Vermec seeks management teams with ambitious drive and are searching for a partner to expand their business. They prefer to participate as equity investors and they are targeting contributions of between € 1 million and € 5 million. For start-ups this amount may be lower at initiation, with the possibility to increase incrementally at a later stage. They do not exclude any sectors or regions a priori. If they believe in the business plan and understand the potential for solid long-term growth, then they go for it.
