VIRTUAL TRIP Ltd (www.vtrip.net) Founded in Heraklion – Greece, September 2000. It is the vendor of the Solo Gateway, OpenVote, Insurance Manager and Diagramma software products. Offers specialized consulting & integration services in various ICT domains. EPIGNOSIS Ltd (www.epignosis.com.gr) Founded in Aspropyrgos – Greece, November 2003, as a result of a successful R&D project for “Spin-Offs” promotion. It is the vendor of the “eFront” e-Learning platform, certified by the US DoD and distributed around the Globe by a network of 11 VAR Partners. INFOMAP SA(www.infomap.gr) Founded in Athens – Greece, 1993. Acquired by the Virtual Trip Group in November 2005. The company offers Consulting & Integration services in the field of Spatial Information Systems. IT Center Ltd(www.itcenter.gr) Founded in Athens – Greece. March 2007. IT Center is the brand of a new network of specialized ICT Stores, following the franchise model, across Greece based on the concept of “Dr. Tech”, offering consulting & integration services specially designed for SMEs. Next Generation Learning Services SA(www.ngls.com.gr) Founded in Athens – Greece, October 2006. NGLS offers Consulting & Integration Services in the field of e-Learning and Human capital development. TS Consulting Ltd(www.tsconsulting.gr) Founded in March 2007 Business & IT Consulting services. It has signed representation and value-added reselling agreements for the Greek market with leading international s/w vendors, like QAD Enterprise Applications, Spontania Collaboration Suite and Loquendo Vocal Technologies. mVision Network Solutions SA(www.mvns.eu) Founded in Athens – Greece March 2008. MVNS offers products and value-added services in the Mobile Operators market, such as mobile social networking, mobile advertising, mobile applications and mobile surveillance. Virtual Trip Spain SL(www.vtripgroup.com) Founded in Madrid - Spain, in January 2009. The first international “antenna-office” of the Virtual Trip Group, having the responsibility of VAR partners, market analysis and key-accounts management for Spain, Portugal, Northern Africa and Latin America.
