Wakeo is a SaaS platform to bring real-time visibility on B2B transport flows (sea, air, road). We help shippers and forwarders improve customer experience and optimize operations. We do this by consolidating multiple transport partners into a central Saas platform to bring real-time visibility on all transport flows. We use satellite data and we connect to trucks embedded GPS & IoT systems. Through machine learning, we adjust dates of arrival on a dynamic basis and send alerts to operational teams for them to anticipate. We turn the Supply chain from reactive to predictive. Wakeo helps shippers : - improve customer experience by bringing the B2C Amazon experience into the B2B world, - automate processes and reduce inventories in just-in-time supply chains.
