The Increase in ones purchasing power and the advent of smart phones have resulted in their expenses being more ad hoc in nature. Thus, the traditional methods of planning expenses using paper and pencil or even excel sheets are no longer useful in today’s time. Expenses happening from multiple points within a family, increases the complexity of monitoring and planning the family’s income and expenditure.
