WebInvoiceMaker is an online invoicing platform for Freelancers and Small Businesses.

WebInvoiceMaker provide an interactive online accounting platform for small businesses. Where they help them to automate their whole accounting workflow, from sending an invoice to recording the payment. While we support all the common features supported by many other online accounting platforms, we work hard on a very special module which has not been implemented in any other existing accounting software. That is the visual workflow management. In brief it will be like creating a flowchart. You can just drag and drop triggers, logic and actions on a visual interface, creating your own company workflows. Such as what should be done if an invoice is overdue than 30 days. What should be done when a new invoice has been sent (If a CXO should approve before it been sent). Their motive is that every small business owner should have a calm and peaceful mind, so they can better focus on what they love doing. And at the end of the day they would enjoy seeing, that all the hard work is done for them. Then there is no need to follow up with all the crap going on with delayed payments, approvals and so on. And we are also doing their homework on initiating a partnership with an banking entity to provide invoice financing facilities. Since invoice financing is now becoming so popular among small businesses we thought why we don't provide that service through their accounting platform. Because what it does is calm their mind, knowing that they are a step ahead of their cash flow.
