WirelessFieldService provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) field service application for web and mobile users. The mobile software supports both consumer devices as well as rugged barcode scanners from Motorola, Intermec and others. The software is designed to work in a store-and-forward mode so field personnel can work out of cellular coverage and still process field data. Office users can access a web application to fully manage customers, users, work orders and field data capture. The web app includes web service access for interfaces, as well as scheduled jobs for standard import and export of data to other systems.
