X4 Solutions was formed in 2004 by three telecom organizations that recognized the evolution of the telecom industry required the need for consulting firms to help companies manage the complexities of acquiring telecom services. X4 answered this demand with a master agency that could build interactions with key service providers and excel at building long-lasting, viable relationships. For more than a decade, these same relationships have allowed X4 to provide the best technology solutions in the marketplace to its sales partners while ensuring that their customers have a remarkable care experience. The sales, operations and management team at X4 consistently interacts with each and every service provider, ensuring that core offerings continue to evolve with innovation through its network of more than 70+ carriers, 300 data centers worldwide and dozens of cloud services providers.
