A workforce marketplace for the events indusry

Xtras is a mobile marketplace, connecting between employers in the events industry with temporary employees and job seekers, on-demand. We created a designated platform (mobile app in phase one), developed specifically to address the events industry staffing needs. The app serves as a marketplace for employers and workers. The two parties seamlessly communicate and exchange information within the app and can engage in a business relationship according to profile compatibility, in a fast, structured and convenient workflow (a Market network). Xtras allows lowering understaffing chances, managing uncertainty and cutting down fixed expenses and time spent on ‘on call’ pool management.
