Trellis makes automation tools. At its core is a platform that allows complex system interactions to be controlled in an extremely easy way. Their first product built on this technology is AppThwack, a web service that allows mobile app developers to rapidly test their apps on 100s of devices in about five minutes. AppThwack supports Android, mobile web (private beta), and soon iOS. ***Three-year-old AppThwack, which is incorporated as Trellis Automation Inc., will shut down its standalone service on Sept. 1.***
