ArtBay is a new web platform that connects all art operators (gallerists, artists, museums, collectors, critics, evaluators) through the auction system with a contrary method(where the buyer proposes a price that is willing to match the Bidders more in line with their expectations (who will compete, re-launching in auction). However, remains the possibility of making a private bargaining.
