Description of Resource:
What is "Chip" and why "Museum"? Chip (short for microchip) or integrated circuit (IC) is electronic device, consisting essentially of semiconductor plate (mostly silicon) with huge number of tiny electronic component such as transistors, capacitors, diodes, resistors, inductors... integrated on its surface. Museum, because I truly believe that today, when the world becoming aware of the limited resources at its disposal, when recycling business grow and wantonly destroys some very valuable pieces of our technological history, "Chip Museum", intended to collect, preserve, protect and promote chips and history of their development, may be a good thing to do.
