Sord Computer Corporation was a Japanese electronics company, founded in 1970 by the entrepreneur Takayoshi Shiina,
In the 1980s, Sord was known for 8-bit home computers (especially the Sord M5). Eventually, the company launched more advanced models, such as the "luggable" personal computer Sord M23P (1983) and the notebook Sord IS-11 (1984).
