OptiCard 821

The OptiCard 821 is bundled with the BCR (Business Card Reader) which provides automatic recognition of company name, job title, persons name, address, telephone and fax number as shown on the pre-scanned business cards. Users then have the flexibility of saving the files to Excel or sending the files to Outlook for further categorization. Of course, any further change or addition of information can be arranged directly through the BCR software. Beside the business card management, the OptiCard 821 features a scanning area of 105mm x 148mm and supports a maximum of 500mm through TWAIN.
