Hardware Description
The Mini Root-M has a square root key instead of a percentage key, but is otherwise outwardly and functionally identical to the Mini Memory. The two machines even share a common instruction booklet. Internally, this Root-M uses a Hitachi HD-3654 processor and a NEC LD8103 display tube.
