Hardware Description
Riva T-800C is a pong console released by Riva in 1977. The main particularity of this pong system is that it is very very very small! The pads are only 2 x 6 cm.
The speaker hole takes a third of the front panel! The tiny controllers are mounted on each side of the system, but can also be detached to play in the sofa.
The finition is very sober, but doesn't seem to be very strong. There are no screws to fix the different parts.
The same system was also sold as the Hanimex T-338. This small console was also sold as Ajax Model T-800 for the B&W version, and Ajax Colour Game Model T-800C for the colour one. The two systems are exactly the same except for the video output. The colour model can also be found with a white panel.
